Every year, at the end of the year…throughout the year (I love making lists), I write a list of New Year resolutions of things I desire to change for a better year. As do many people, I walk into the New Year with great optimism and unfortunately even before it hits the end of January I’ve already stopped going to the gym, ditched the kale juices, and spent money outside my budget! Already on a poor start I’ve already forgotten how I promised myself a new look for the new improved me. I’m turning twenty-three next year and I am determined to have doable goals that I will achieve. So here are my fashion resolutions!
Resolution one is to wear jewellery more often. I normally don’t wear jewellery because I prefer to look bare-faced most days. Although, when I’m going out I’m constantly frustrated that I have no statement earrings! I have my eyes on these Chan Luu gold-plated Swarovski crystal earrings.
Resolution two is to invest in a pair of quality heels! There is something accomplished about a woman who wears amazing shoes and my footwear is in need of some serious TLC! I love the Bond shoes from Kurt Geiger, as they have a statement heel.
Resolution three is to invest in a grown up handbag that can do both work and weekends! I’ve opted for the Michael Kors Portia shoulder bag. It has an understated silhouette, big enough to store your wallet and tablet, but small enough to look classy at a dinner party.
